One of our city councilmen in Dallas did. We have a county hospital and the bill was $79 million dollars for the care of illegal immigrants from Mexico and he sent the bill to the Mexican president. Like that's going to do any good. Maybe we should all take a vacation in Mexico-Cancun or Cosumel and make the Mexican government pay for it since we're providing for thier citizens.

sounds like a bad idea to me bubba..... for a couple reasons

1.it would cost a few million dollars just to get it through congress

2. they would add a few things and the president would strike it down and it would be sent back to congree where it would take a few more million to resend it again.
3. the supreme court then would entercept and rule it uncontitutional and violates the civil rights of americans....ummm wait it would violate the rights o..... that just seem right but we would violate them any how cossting the country another 10 million in appeals and such.
4. the postal charge would be somwhere in the millions.
5.vicenti fox well would never go for it but would want to look presidential ( if a mexican president can) and would demand that we do another recount of the first election of president bush 43 just becuase al gore told him to.
and #6 they have wetbacks there not greenbacks and could never spend that kind of money on anything after the high profile commercials teaching mexicans how to break into america

no. 1. The care and education we give our people costs more than that which is given in Mexico, so we cant bill them for our standards of care. 2. How do you determine an amount? There is no way to tell how many illegal immigrants are in the U.S. Finally, Mexico isnt just going to pay us. It isnt there fault we cant hold our borders.

We have no right to sent Mexico a bill for any services we provide to Mexican visitors because we give them voluntarily.

Would you give a homeless man a coat and then send a bill to the city for it?

Novel idea, I wish it would work, maybe they could put up their country for collateral...My taxes are paying for their people and Im getting nothing in return . We could renovate ,do a country make over or maybe a sell this country type thing lol I am going to stop now I am letting my mind far too loose and my husband says our house is going to be a target for the pro-illegals.so I am finished ...for now.. I am not a racist, I am a realist .

No. We should help the Mexican government run its own country till it starts making money. Then we should annex it.

Or we could just annex it now.

There would be no illegal mexican immigants or illegal Mexican labor. Or out-of-pocket government services. Annex Mexico and charge them taxes and make them help the union's economy.
