Full windows media player, computer running slow.

You can delete the files from the Library. Right click and select delete. It should give you the option to remove them from your computer. Select yes.

Are you talking about YOUR music or Video files stored on your computer? Media player only stores what you tell it to in a play list.

You have to go to your music/video/picture folders, in your documents, and begin to clear out what you don't need or want anymore- if there are some you wish to keep, it's time to burn them to discs-

After you do all that, do a disc cleaner on windows and defrag the computer.
