American Pie 4? That's that band camp crap right? I don't blame them at all. I actually find a tiny bit problem with it coming straight to dvd. Why the hell did they waste their ******' time making that into a movie? What a piece of crap. I mean one American Pie was enough to put a second and third was an act of making money and hopeful laughs from the audiences. Who ******' cares if American Pie 4 didn't make it to theatres they were pretty damn lucky it made it to dvd.

because hardly anyone from the older movies was in it.. Only 1 maybe 2 were back in it.. And not even sure about the 2nd...
I know Eugene Levy was and the guy who played Sherman
but rather or not the original Stifller guy (the older brother) played his role i dont know)
and supposdely new director.. when that sort of thing happens they dont bother with theatres./

no audience..... it would make about 10 million dollars in the theater. sequels with no major name does not draw an audience. and promos for the movie would eat up all of the release profits.
on the other hand, dvd sales and rentals pulls in more money with out major promotion.

probably because the movie studio didnt think it was a good enough movie to try and promote.
