We found a baby rabbit and we need to know how to feed it and care for it in order for it to survive

get that little bunny to the vet.
Call the police, as they will - should know of a local (wild) animal rescue that specializes in certain wildlife - rehab

You can go to your local pet store, they sell feeding bottle kits with different sized nipples for different animals, also you can buy kitten formula that you should be able to feed them.....here is a link to a site that gives you detailed instructions on how to hand raise a rabbit, at the bottom of the page is a list of the milk formulas you can feed them with..... http://islandgems.net/handfeeding.html

You need to go to vet and get milk for it . But don't play with it keep it wild.

i used to give formula to a goat my dad had.
