Give me a break. Uhhh lets see, no we don't care about our brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, and friends who are overseas fighting??? That was a stupid question.
I am in the military, and I know that while we might be losing guys, if we don't finish the job, we will only strengthen the resolve of terrorists and encourage them to continue using the tactics they have used. Does anyone remember Somalia? Is it any coincidence that the terrorists we face now use the same tactics and propaganda that they did in Mogadishu? Would that have changed if we had showed resolve and stayed to finish the job? Probably. There will be more of our soldiers dying in another country fighting the same people if we don't draw the line here.
As far as soldiers dying goes, we are in a war. In the almost four years since we went to war with Afghanistan and Iraq, we have still not lost as many lives as one day (9/11), any one year in Vietnam, or any one MONTH after we entered WWII.
P.s. Wow, I must be talking to a high ranking official, since you have been briefed into the CIA's plans in Afghanistan.

Here's a thought, instead of wondering - why don't you get off your a$$ and go find out for yourself how long it will take us to finish the job. All the branches are taking new recruits.

The current mission in Iraq is to ensure the government is stable and strong. Nobody knows how long it will take to do so or if it is possible to do so.

"how many al Qaeda terrorists will US troops have to kill before the war ends there"

The number of dead al Qaeda has essentially no effect on how long the war ends there. The length of the war depends on the political weather here, which of course is pointless to try and predict.

Many Care about WARS but less for Peace. This is unfortunately the case. Even if there was no real threat someone would have created one. In this case its IRAQ's turn since Bin Laden is a ghost rather than human. For the rest that might follow we'll wait to see on CNN in awe while having a pizza slice with diet coke.

The mission used to be to stop a country from possibly using weapons of mass destruction against us. Now the mission is to stabilize and democratize Iraq. The war will end when either (a) Iraq is stabilized, or (b) it's taking too long and we give up due to sheer exhaustion or the need to fight some other country.

George Walker Bush would not supply a hoot about any of the troops. All he cares about are skill, and lust for oil money. If he truly idea that the warriors have 0.5 a probability of creating it abode alive, he may have inspired his 2 alcoholic twin daughters, Jenna and Barbara to enroll with a recruit. Jesus Christ stated to love your enemies, and he further stated that if a guy steals your blouse to furnish him your jacket also. even as requested by using 1 in all his disciples if "an eye fixed for an eye fixed" changed into the right way, Christ stated: " guy will inform you an eye fixed for an eye fixed, yet I say unto you, once you're slapped on one cheek turn the different cheek that it must be slapped also." If Christ is with you, who may be antagonistic to you? Bush leads this u . s . interior the top opposite direction than Christ has taught us. George Walker Bush = 666 lots of you'll scoff, yet why shouldn't I assume you to? after all, they crucified Christ for his teachings. you're witnessing the Nazification of united states!

When did the CIA call off the search for BinLaden? I think you watch too many news "shows" that put a twist/spin on the so-called news.
