Neither Canada nor Switzerland are on the list.

Switzerland has no 'standing' army...instead each citizen is required to be part of the more informal militia which would be called up if the need arose.

large time scam. i have gotten a very similiar on diverse occassions from a diverse man or woman anytime. All you want to do is only delete it or mark it as unsolicited mail. there is no longer some thing close by regulation enforcement can do about it, so do not waste a even as attempting to the contact them. And for the sake of all human style, do not deliver THEM ANY money!!! i visit inform you from listening to it with my own ears and seeing it with my own eyes that each body you finally end up doing is dropping the money you gave them and there is no path for the police, FBI, or all of us to be certain who it went to.
