that's a sign that gals usually show when they feel unsecured about the relation between you or when she starts liking you. both the cases are almost same ans ultimately she likes you, but can't say whether its love or not. if you love your g/f let her know that you are not seeing at her, (and if you are really looking at your co-worker, try to stop it)
