You would think that evolution would have do the trick by now, So I guess there is some use for sphincter headed morons they give use proof that we are growig and evolving, well at least some of us.

No, it's called the freedom of speech. How ever you certainly can punch them in the face, doesnt mean you wont go to jail though.

Those are relative and arbitrary terms, there'd be no real way to enforce a law like that.
