Thank you for the 2 points.
However, the 2 points have the same value of this question, which is ZERO.
Therefore I wish you a better day, the power to think logically, as well as to survive in life

There are two sides to this question. The gas we pass actually weighs something, so we weigh less afterward.
BUT-- and this is a big but, not to be mistaken for the big butt that does the gas-passing-- we take up less volume after we pass gas, because it takes up space. So, we are denser, by comparison, even though we are slightly lighter.
That is why we sink in a pool after farting. We have lost some buoyancy by eliminating some of our gas, which floats to the surface. Capice?

The gas is compressed and is not dissolved in the tissues. Therefore you will not become less dense by releasing it. You will be lighter as the gas does have mass. Methane is more dense than air so you will be more buoyant without it. Again making you lighter.

Probably lighter. Depends on the kind of gas you expel.
Methane weighs 16.043 g/mol
It's probably not enough to make a difference!

Since you are expelling trapped gasses from your body the correct answer would be lighter but by just a small margin.
