If you mean Iraq War then that's easy. Bush said we need $70 billion in order to build a democracy in Iraq. Once the hard-earned taxpayers' money is invested in Iraq's economy, the democracy will triumph and the war will end. And everyone will live happily ever after.

As long as people compete for power, war will continue, and it's pretty obvious that it will continue indefinitely.. We humans are but animals, and animals compete for resources. Like lions fighting over a zebra, we fight over oil and green paper. Unfortunately, there just aren't enough people who don't want war to end it absolutely. It will go on until we run out of resources and just can't anymore.

well, im not sure what we are trying to accomplish by staying in iraq, so im not sure when it will end. hopefully once we get a new president but no one can be sure.
