No, he's not the sexiest man alive. Matthew Mcconaughey is sooo sexy. and yes he could do better than Cameron Diaz. She's not really ugly, she's just to old for him.

he just revealed that he's a drug user, that's not an attractive trait.
britney may be messed up but at least she's settled down and has a family to call her own.

He can do better but he's definitely not attractive any more.
When I was 8 and he was in his little boy band "he was soooo dreamy" but now he's like puke on a stick.
I've grown out of it.
