No.

Many of the mineral acids will dissolve metals, but no all metals. Then there is glass, plastic containment media. Plastics such as PVC or Polyethylene are resistant to nearly every acid.

Yes, but the receipt was lost when it went though everything in the lab and was lost to the center of the earth. I predict that 10,000,000 years it will be the cause of the distruction of the planet.
