we just got an adult corn snake who is fed 2 small mice every thursday. how often should he be pooping?

Generally once a week, if he is eating once a week. Note that the white excrement, mostly solid, is his "urine," the brown is his "poo." Don't confuse the two. They usually both occur at the same time, once between feedings.

My friend has a pet snake, but he only feeds him once a month. They have a slow metabolism so they don't need to eat as often. If you feed your snake twice a week, I would assume he would be POOPING at least once during the week.

About once every week since he gets fed the same. It could depend on it's size and the size of the meal though. Anything up to a month could be perfectly normal.

iv had snakes for about 6 years and the average corn snake can poo from anything from a week to four weeks!!!

my first reaction was "any time they want to" hehehehe...

Probably about as often as he eats I would imagine. Maybe get yourself a book about snakes.. or ask the people you got the snake from..

It can take as long as a week, but normally 2-4 days.
