25 bumper stickers (100/4) and 10 get discount (100/10). If you were asking how many get BOTH, items, you should have worded your question better.
50 x 2 = 100 square feet in a roll. 25 x 10=250 sq feet needed. 250/100 = 2.5 rolls needed.

5 right here's the rundown: 4th - sticky label eighth - sticky label tenth - lower priced twelfth - sticky label sixteenth - sticky label twentieth - both and then it repeats... each twentieth customer receives both, so in one hundred shoppers, 5 may get both
