It's better to go in with false labor than to ignore it and have your baby unprepared. Relax, call your doctor/midwife, and take the steps you would if you were sure you were in labor.
The doc/midwife will check your cervix to determine if you are dialating and if you are birthing in a hospital, they will strap you to a machine to keep an eye on your contractions to determine if they are practice pains or the real thing.
Mothers often don't see the mucus plug and it is not uncommon for your water not to break at the onset of labor.

pooping feeling could be the baby's head...try not to push (poop)or sit on the toilet...hang up with the hospital and call 911 for an ambulance. You can always call your Dr. once you are there or have the hospital call.
After that time the contractions how far apart and now long they last.

Honey go to the hospital! Even if it turns out to be nothing its always better safe than sorry and your water can wait to break until the baby is on his/her way out. If they are very painful and they wrap from back to front go in and be checked. (been there I started having early contracts at 22 weeks)

i went through that sought of feeling with my second baby. but i was already in the hospital as they admitted me to induce me as i was overdue.the contractions got stronger towards the end. they were that strong i couldn't handle lying on the bed.i could probably write a bit more but i wont. it may be a false alarm or it may not be i would go to the hospital and explain to them what you have been feeling and they will be able to tell you whats going on etc.

drink plenty of water, i know that your peeing like every 5 min now, but keep drinking. dehydration can induce labor. i was 36 weeks pregant and having similar symptoms as you. i went into the hospital and they had to give me an iv to make me get rehydrated. call your hospital, and when in doubt, go... but remember only 11%-16% of womens waters break naturally, and when it does, you will know... they had to break mine.

Hey, when that happen to me, they told me to take a warm bath, eat a slice of toast, lay on my left side and time my contractions....I didn't know that my water was erupted since 4 am, I thought that I was peeing on myself....But I always went to the Labor and Delivery Room just to be on the safe side....Congrats on you and your baby!!!

You might want to hang up and head to the emergency room. I'm not sure, but that is how I felt in labor!
