Yes. It is a real pain in-the-butt because people will slow WAY down when you come up behind them in the fast lane. They freak out because they think you are driving an unmarked police car. I have noticed that people will usually drive at least 2-5 mph slower than the speed limit!!! You would think that they would just move to the right, but that rarely EVER happens.

I doubt it. Drivers are too busy on the phone or listening to music to notice your Crown Vic with raming bar.

They might until you got right up on them and they could tell you wernt a cop. Also it depends on the color.

maybe but it is a good thing to have on your car. that will keep aggressive drivers away from you.
