They played the best they ever had in they're first game. And It was they're first world cup too, right? Anyways, I want to here youre opinions. Also, If you want, you can also tell me If australia will play as good or even better than they did in 06?

I think both Trinidad and Tobago and Australia could certainly make the round of 16. With the tournament in Africa, I think we will experience something a lot like when it was in Korea/Japan, with the traditional powers not necessarily dominating, and some new blood in the quarterfinals. I think the hardest thing for Trinidad and Tobago and Australia to do will be to qualify for the tournament itself. Assuming that T&T still cant finish ahead of Costa Rica, then they will have to win their playoff. Australia will also have to win a playoff no matter how they do, and it will probably be against Uraguay again.

They won't even qualify for the world cup 2010. Remember Senegal? in 2002 they defeated France and went past the group stage but did'nt qualify for Germany 06.
