hands down...LG.
Their user interface is more user-friendly than moto's, and they offer a wider variety (not to mention styles) than motorola. for example, look how far moto has ran, and is STILL running with the razr design. COUNTLESS models are available in candybar, clamshell, and even slider (see european providers...there are WAY more razr designs overseas than what we see here). yes, the thin, all-metal design was a hit (huge hit), but to drag out the SAME design for over 3 years?? that's stretching it a BIT too much if u ask me. LG at least has different looking cell phones, with an immensely innovative design called The Chocolate Phone (coming to Verizon this September). Granted, in Korea, and Europe, there are better models currently out of this design, but at least it's a start to incorporate us into this delicious new line. LG is more concerned with incorporating unique features such as infrared touch-enabled navigation, mp3 players, and high-megapixel cameras into their line of cell phones, whereas moto's main concern is squeezing the last dollar out of a design. the rest of the world may be fooled by moto's scam of re-casing the razr, and adding fresh coats of paint to sell it, but i will not be. and for that matter...neither should you. the choice is yours, but i suggest you go with the company that cares more about the user, than the dollar.

Okay, I am going to go into depth on this one:
Motorola is the best phone to get -if- you want a good phone that works and that gets better signal that an LG. I have a Mto E815. I think it is the best phone I have ever had, but the only not so good thing about it is that is does not have all the bells and whistles like a countdown, or a stopwatch or any of those fancy things. I dont care though. If you want a good phone that has bells and whistles, dont get an LG get a Samsung, and if you want a phone with all the bells and whistles that does not get good signal and wil break VERY soon, get an LG.
The Moto e815 has never given me any problems, and I have dropped it from a good 10 feet and it landed on the carpet and it was working perfectly when I got back to it. (Oh yeah, our carpet is not thick and has cement under it). Moto will lasy better. I promise, but go LG for bells and whissles.
Hope I was of some Help!~

I always had LG and Samsung phones, and thought moto phones were too confusing.. until I got one, and realized that they are awesome! They have a ton of cool features, and I like the way the menus and text messaging is set up. Be warned: they are hard to get used to at first if you had another brand of phone before... but once you do, you will love it.
Example: the alarm clock lets you set up multiple alarms at different times, so if you get up at a different time some days, you just select that alarm to go off! And it lets you snooze!
