As retarded as this might sound thirft stores have some good clothes. She'll have to do some digging but honestly her money will go a long ways as opposed to shopping at the mall. She also might check Deb and Old Navy they usually have sections where clothes are on sale for might cheap.

Love this question.
Took my friend shopping just taday.
Check all mall stores for clearance 1st.
Remember; If it doesn't fit then it's ugly anyway.
Check consignment and thrift stores next.
Check local Freecycling listings.
Have fun.
We grabbed up a whole new wardrobe today for under $150. It's an awesome plie of outfits with shoes included.

yeah go to ROSS. that store has name brand clothing everything from BCBG to Guess to Hillfiger to Roxy and so on. Most shirts there start at 7 bucks and pants usually start at 12. I shop there all the time and sometimes u can even find really good deals in their clearance racks.

Check in your area for a Catholic Charities, or a resale shop. Lots of them run by churches are the best. They sell very nice clothes for reasonable prices.
