I had the money, and i did have it done. Back in 1989. It was performed on my abdominal area. Completely for cosmetic reasons.

Important note, for anyone considering this form of surgery: it hurts a *lot* more than they tell you it will. A *lot* more. And don't think you'll be losing a lot of weight if you have it done. You won't. What it does is streamline the area in question, change its contours. And i have to admit it really does work.

But go into it with open eyes (and open wallet, because it is very expensive). Don't do it if you think you'll lose weight: you won't. Do it if you want to smooth out some "rough edges": it can really work.

And especially, research the procedure thoroughly before you have it done. It is *extremely* painful, and there can be complications (i did not experience any, thankfully). And it takes a *long* time to heal.

If you can put up with that, it might just be worth it.

I suppose I'd get lipo on my thighs, but I've heard you can have problems with the extra skin from your butt messing up the results or something.

I used to think that i would, but since loosing over
50lbs i would have to say no...reason being, lipo will take it away and when i do the same thing over again and not change my eating habit then i would have to get it again and again.

No. Once you destroy the fat cells in one area of your body, then, it gathers elsewhere. And it never ends. Best to lose the weight through proper diet and exercise. Now, that being said. I can see where, if someone lost a lot of weight and their skin wasn't able to contract and they just have layers of it hanging on them. I can understand the "tummy tucking" n such.

Nope wouldn't do it. I have enough scars on me from all of the surgeries Ive had done on me through the years. Plus they might mess up one of my tattoos. I think i will stick with the old diet and eat healthy routine.
