I'm 20 weeks pregnant, and wondering how much weight I should have gained by now? Does anybody know of a good website taht breaks down the weight gain, and tells you what an acceptable amount each month is?

first trimester0-5 lbs
second trimester 1-2 per week
third trimester 1-2per week

at 20 weeks you should weigh between 8 and 21 lbs more than prepregnancy

At what rate should I gain weight during my pregnancy?

How much you should gain depends on your weight before you were pregnant and how far along you are in your pregnancy.

* Healthy Weight Before Pregnancy:
o 3-5 pounds during the first trimester
o Approximately 1-2 pounds per week in the second trimester
o Approximately 1-2 pounds per week in the third trimester
* Underweight Before Pregnancy:
o 5-6 pounds or more in your first trimester; this also can depend on how underweight you were before pregnancy & your health care provider's recommendations
o 1-2 pounds per week in the second and third trimesters
* Overweight Before Pregnancy:
o Approximately 1-2 pounds in the first trimester
o Approximately 1 pound per week during the last six months

The goal is to keep weight gain as steady as possible because your baby requires a daily supply of nutrients throughout your pregnancy that comes from what you eat. It is okay for your weight gain to fluctuate a little from week to week. However, you should contact your health care provider if you suddenly gain or lose weight, especially in your third trimester. This could be a sign of preeclampsia.

You know everyone is different. I gained about 20 to 25 pounds my whole pregnancy. But I knew a lady once that only gained eight.

I don't know any websites for sure, but I am thinking of one that you could go to but I'm not sure that it'll give the exact information you're looking for.(look below)

Umm.. you're only 20 weeks, so you shouldn't have gained that much weight, just a couple of pounds.

This might help you. Everybody gains weight at different rates, though.
