Whats up with that? I think its cool, but I dont understand, whats the "+10" for?

Its like choosing your own team, with you playing with them. So, because there are 11 players on each team on the field, it would be you plus ten other guys. So you get to pick your dream team to play with, hence the +10. So it would be the ten people Beckham would most want to play with and the 10 people Ballack would want to play with.

because theyre 11 players on the field so its that player (beckham or ballack) + 10 other players.
