Granted she's pretty damn popular...but the hottest on the scene...no. As far as becoming a celebrity, she's a celebutante. Paris won the genetic lottery...end of story.

No, she isn't. In fact, none of the latest celebs are. The only reason she became a celebrity is due to her father's hotels, not to mention a "Night in Paris."

Not only is she not "hot", she's a gigantic waste of human bone and tissue. She did nothing to earn her celebrity, other than ride on the coat tails of her last name.

i dont know why the most ppl dont like her and they like Jollie instead...both r the same fake!!at least Paris dont pretend she cares about the world and that's authentic...
