I am not psychologist but old and experienced enough to reply! As much as I can do! I dont know how old are you but your age and your background is important to answer. What do you fear exactly? is it exactly being close to someone, or fearing to have sex?... The best answer is inside you, if you dont know yourself nobody cant! better to try yourself!

I really dun know what causes you to have the phopia in man liking you. Sometimes people fear thing bcoz they afraid of getting hurt or lost face. Others have the similiar fear coz they have bad experience on such thing. So only you can help yourself by knowing what is the cause of your fear. it is never easy to overcome this cause but you must give a try.
