Apply for residence visa to Indian Embassy in your country of citizenship alongwith necessary documents/information as to your passport in Original and copy of your Indian spouse's passport, your marriage proof, address of the place in Bangalore you are proposing to stay, documents as to your husband's and your current occupation .....alongwith the requisite fee.
You would be required for personal interview at the Embassy and on satisfaction, you can be granted the visa.

Hi - its easy and not difficult to get a residence visa in Bangalore, itself. If possible visit the Foreigner's cell in the Commissioner of Police Office in Bangalore - Infantry Road and they'll update you on the procedure, process, time taken and the most important thing the Fees....

Perdona que te escriba en español, pero me es más facil, debes ir al consulado o embajada del pais de tu marido y alli te asesoran sobre como sacar el permiso de residencia o visa.
