I would probably say the South Bronx near Yankee stadium is your best bet for finding one.
Also, if you hang out in a dark alley long enough outside a seedy bar, you might run into one. Right off Jerome Ave.
But why would you want to fine one?

Look on the New York Sex Offender Registry. It should be online, or your local Secretary of State's office should be able to give you more information about it.

San Quentin is a good place to find them in a high concentration for a small area.

Why are you loking for a rapist? Seriously, there are alternative ways of looking for sex.
