Start everyday on a positive note. When you wake up in the mornings, look around you and tell yourself that you are so lucky to be alive to face another day. Be thankful of what you have and not dwell on things that you think you ought to have.

Breakfast like a king. A healthy, optimistic mind cannot operate on an empty stomach. Remember to smile, give one to yourself and to your friends, smiling is really contagious.

When faced with a situation, no matter how dire, look at the opportunities that situation presents, not the obstacles. Example, when handling an angry customer, imagine how loyal a customer he/she would be once you have managed to resolve the matter to his/her satisfaction. If for some reason, you find yourself feeling down, do what I do. Think of all the other unfortunate people out there, without homes, without family, without even the basic necessities of life, and you will see how fortunate you are. You say you are poor, there are people much, much poorer than you. Always look down, not up.

Love yourself. You are loveable and you are truly blessed. Think that and others will see that too. Before you go to sleep, think of all the wonderful things that have happened today, and how tomorrow will be an even better day.

Look on the sunny side, always on the sunny side, look on the sunny side of life.....

If you think of something negitive you will need to think of 10 positive things to make it even and the the more you think of positve things it becomes harder to think of the negitive,have fun with the tings that you do and always have a smile on your face and that will make everyone be just a little more optimistic.

well, there is a choice, to look at the positive side or the opposite. we have that choice every moment. i think everything, especially if you look at the big picture of life, can be seen in a positive light.

that does not mean to say if you are down, that you are not being positive, it also means you are being human. allow yourself to feel your emotions but do not allow them to take over your life. we need to process them - like deal with them in a timely, compassionate way.

the biggest part is not to look at the downside of things. look for the positive, and always think about what opportunities every situation provides. theres a quote that goes "there are no certainties, only opportunities." i think that was from a movie, but i try my best to live by that every day.

Think positively, know that you are in control of your life. Smile, be confident, love yourself for who you are. Set achievable goals, reward yourself along the way. Accomplish your dreams. Others will be attracted to your awesome personality!
