Do you really believe aliens actually exist? There's absolutely no shred of physical evidence that proves it. Word of mouth doesn't count. People lie. Crop circles, come on. Just because someone can't figure out how they were made, doesn't mean a human being didn't make them. Aliens don't exist. It's impossible to be abducted by something that doesn't exist in the first place.
I really hope you weren't asking a serious question here. If so, I'd suggest you stop watching Independence Day and re-connect with reality.

Get a manual-labor job. Aliens only abduct, those who have time to let their simple minds wander aimlessly, not those who are poor working stiffs.
