I was running errands today and while waiting at a red light, I saw a couple holing a sign that read " Pregnant and homeless" I was wishing i had some extra money to give them, and thinking about how sad it was. She was visibily pregnant. The only money I had was fifteen dollars I was getting ready to put in my gas tank, because the gas light was on. So the light turned green, and my car would not go. I had just ran out of gas, and In all of my years I had never ran out of gas. I was right in front of the couple holding the sign. The man helped me push my car to the nearby gas station. I thanked him and gave him five dollars and put the ten dollars in my tank. I guess they needed that five dollars more than I did. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and that God was trying to tell me something today.

I am a firm believer in the idea that all things happen for a reason. Whether to test us, teach us, or strengthen us, each instance like the one you describe above occurs for one such possible reason. And in helping those folks you can remember this...

thats a real nice story u should make it into lik a chain letter well im catholic and its against my religion but just send it but not like oh if u dont do it this and that is gonna happen to u just like oh spread this story around and see if it kinda changes ure view of life but i do believ that everything happen for a reason actually i hav a story to tell a couple min ago we were about to go to jcpenny to change my shirt a couple hours ago we had gone to buy my dog a new house so it was in the bac seats so we could nt all fit my ma sis dad me and grams my grams waz the one who brought it up i thnk her well anywho my and my grams were gonna stay at the house becuz my dad waz also gonna stop at home depot to buy drywall so we werent gonna fit all together w/ the drywall so when my and my grams got inside my grams said that the stove was on!!! and it waz there wasnt alot of water left and it was boiling my ma was gonna make lasagna the next day and becuz she was goin wit me tommorw to depaul univresity cuz im in a summer scademy taking some business courses to learn more not summer school cuz i get straight a's but anyway she was cooking the meat so it would be ready and if my grams wouldnt hav been there who knows wht would hav happened shes only here for a while be4 she goes bac to mexico and well thats my story

Yes girl, think about this, when you first saw the couple, and they were asking for money. You thought you didn't have enough for them and your car, which through the power of God you saw that wasn't true. I read in the bible that God is looking for those that are self sacraficiing. You wasn't at first, then he put you in sitaution where you needed help. And in returned you help those people.
Your story helped me to see that I should be a lot more given.

yes i think like you about everything happens for a reason but it's not God give us that think but what i believe about this, it's help us to considering the life as we live are so pretty much fragile and we need everybody to help us and support us.
P.S Sorry for my bad english but i need to practice and it help me when i answer some question, but i hope you understand. Plus it's very good what you did for this couple who wait a baby.

You are so nice and yes thigns happened for a reason. Maybe you were the only one who helped them today and they could go buy somethign to eat and drink on this hot day... I also believe that comes around goes around..you will gets yours one day =-)
