Omelet, with ham, cheese, onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms.

And may I add hash browns, an English muffin, and coffee to that, please? Thanks!

I do believe i can honestly answer "All Of The Above".

I love eggs! Fried in bacon fat and served on English muffins (with the bacon, of course), scrambled (served with toast and jam), in an omelet that somebody *else* makes (because i usually have trouble folding mine), poached (using one of those steaming contraptions, and cooked with butter), baked (if it is in a quiche or similar dish), or hard boiled (ideally chopped up in an egg cup, with butter).

And i'd like my eggs to be from free-range chickens.....because their eggs have *tons* more flavour!

Yum!

Me want eggs! Me want eggs now!

dipped in batter,and deep-fried in lard.yum.

Scrambled, and then throw some cheese or sawmill gravy on 'em! Because, they just don't have enough cholesterol as is!
