I have never experienced this before, but I had pms before my period began and now I'm experiencing some of the symptoms of pms like lower back pain, abdominal pain, headaches, fatigue, moodiness, and food cravings with a lose of appetite. I don't understand why.

Memories. I was in a psychology class in college, and my prof actually told the class that there was no such thing as PMS. Discomfort from bloating, yes. But PMS, No.
All the females vocally disagreed with him, and to my great interest a few of the guys insisted PMS was real.
I am not in the medical field, but what you are describing might be your hormones starting another cycle.
Midcycle can cause you to become moody too.
Hormones, hormones, hormones. We have problems with them, but we can't live well without them.

You may not be regular yet, and that is nothing at all to worry about. Especially if you are a young teenager who recently got your period in the past year. That does sound like you are dealing with pre menstrual syndrome, but it is nothing too much to worry about. Just keep on eye out for your period, and that's all you need to worry about.

Yes, coz PMS is a pain and came strike at any time! It may just be a case that you've got so fed up with your period that it kicks in at the end.

yep, ive found this and sometimes i get the symptoms in the middle of my cycle too (you KNOW when you have them, crying at soap operas, wanting to kill your boyfriend for sniffing etc) you can get rid of them effectively by adopting a super healthy diet, but that's the last thing you want to do when you feel like that! chocolate and chips, oh yeah....
