i do. i eat and work out every day.
just wondering if you do.
if you do, How often do you work out? and do you eat healthy or do you always eat fast food? ex-mcdonalds.
i like a girl who is healthy and physicaly fit.

i used to do mma. mix martial arts.
i just love punching the other guy in the face and choking him out. i love doing submission moves.
do you do any sports?

im a dancer and i go runnin with my mom and dad, and plus im a baton twirler, and i eat wutever i feel like eatin,im 12. im 5'8'' and im 99 pounds. i do baton and dance 3 times a week, (2 dance 1 baton class) and alot of practicin at home, and plus u kno shoppin at the mall on weekends can really work ur legs... lol, well i dont think that helped but, w/e

I dont really work out or anything... or diet for that matter, but I seem to stay small anyways. maybe I just have a fast metabolism or something? im not sure what it is but if I dont need to work out or eat healthy, then im not gonna.

I run and play soccer religiously, I eat fairly healthy too. Running gives your legs the best sensation in the world.

im 14, 5 foot 9, and only 138 pounds. i run alot, and workout, but i can eat a lot and it passes tjrough

yes i excercise! but thats because im a dancer.

well my sons both work out but they eat a mixture of both mostly healthy but hey treat ur self soetimes:)

I love running.
And I figure skate.
I like the feeling of my lungs burning when I run.

mix of foods but i love swimming and yoga so it doesnt hit as hard if i have a treat

i have a really high metabolism rate, so im skinny (110 at 5'8"), but if i have time, iw rok out, and im currently looking for a gym.

i eat a lot of salad. i practice tae kwon do twice a week (yeah, i'll kick your ***! lol) curves( the female gym), basketball, dance, and soccer
