I would say it would be the five of a kind, because since you have two decks then it changes the odds. You can get a royal flush in one deck of cards, but you can't get a 5 of a kind. With the second deck then the chances of gettin the royal doubles cause 2 of each of those cards are in the deck.and adds a chance of a 5 of a kind.
