I have changed my access number Can I press charges? the only reason I found out was he had changed the password and when I freaked out he told me he could fix it and everybody I have talked to says there is no way he couldv'e fixed it the way he said,

Is it illegal? Probably.
Will he serve anytime or anything else? Probably Not.
Just log it, change your password, buy a tazer and some mace, hang out with really huge dudes for a while, and move on. If it happens again, or anything else along those lines, the really huge dudes will take care of it for you, or you can flip it on him, stalk him, and at random intervals mace and or taze him.

Can you show a deformation of character? Can you show an attempt at theft of services? Can you show any injury? Can you show a loss of wages?
If you can add up significant monetary losses, the speak to an attorney. Otherwise, contact the Cell phone company and be done with him.

Change your password, and make it something about him, that way he'll never figure it out, but nothing common, something that he would never think you would know, or something that he could guess at. Then get his password and have fun.

i might jsut not mess with the dude, its not that big of a deal to get ur number changed and charges take a long azs time to go throught with. wouldnt worry bout that

i dont think its necessary to press charges, regardless of you being able to. but ive been there before, n my ex was gettin kinda insecure so he changed my voicemail password and greeting. i called my phone company and told them i forgot my password..so they asked me for my billing information n they restored my password immediately...and they gave me a new password..then i accessed my voicemail, n changed it to my own password...

dont waste ur time change ur number so he doesnt even know number to change anything since my ex hacked my email only gave it back after i freaked out now i got separate email add

Probably not any criminal charges, but if you have changed the code, then you have nothing else to worry about. Just let it go.

It is your responsibility to keep your Pin #'s and other numbers secret. If yuo feel someone has compromised your number, it is your duty to change it, no legal ramification can come from it.

Um..I'm pretty should this would be illegal seeing as how this would be considered "mail" in a sense...and opening or reading someone's mail is acctually illegal!
