The camshaft position sensor is located on the end of the synchronizer which is mounted in the top of the front cover of the engine, just behind the water pump. There will be a metal coolant tube right next to it that directs coolant to the heater core.

and to add what Yugie said, I would also replace the syncronizer assy.. most of the cam position codes are caused by a failing or failed syncronizer (looks like the lower part of a distributor)

This is something that requires a professional as it requires a special tool (that you can buy at autozone) to install the sycronizer right.
