He is 20 and i am 16. My mom says he is a nice kid but he is too old.. But we really like each other.. What should I do??? (keep in mind we both know what kinda trouble he could get in. and he doesn't care..)

I don't know why it is always believed that you only have one person for you. You don't need him. Your young and have plenty of time to find some one. You have until your twenty to find someone. Of course he doesn't care. No insult to you, but why do you think he is dating you. He either likes younger girls. (You will not be young forever) And he obviously has issues with girls his own age. Most likely he is a dead beat. If he is in college why isn't he dating a college girl one who would be at his own age and level. If he isn't at college then what does he do. You should be able to know that construction doesn't always last forever and you can't raise a family off a baggers income. COME ON think about it! It will be a waste of your time. Study, go to school, and find someone who wants to go some where in life. IT ISN'T HIM!!!!!

Listen to your mom. She's probably been there done that, she knows what she's talking about. The fact that he doesn't care about getting in trouble says something about his character- he's just here to have a good time with you, and if you get pregnant, he'll most likely be gone.

Doc's right, just be friends. You would have a better relationship with each other and then you would know how much you really feel. And if so says he loves you and wants to show you how meaning sex he doesn't love you. Love is not always about sex. If he loves you he would wait until you at lease 18 or 19 yrs.

My son is 19 and dateing a 16 year old girl I am not happy about this but her mum is fine about it.Don't go behind your mom's back be honest and upfront. He say's he don't care about getting into trouble (I guess with your mom) but he is not the one that has to see live with your mom. you are.

as long as u two dont have sex any age difference between 10 years is fine NO SEX
