Learn something new. You can never be bored when you're learning something fun and interesting. Think about what you want to be good at and take online lessons for free.You'll be growing and improving in the process. Best of all, you can get all the information free on the Internet!
Here are some ideas:
Try learning a new language!
Make a craft!
Find something to study.
Get a pet.
Visit some lonely older people.
Learn a new skill.
Find out how to sell things on Ebay and earn some extra $$ by selling junk you find around the house or town.
Take an online quiz about your interests and talents that will direct you toward your new career path.
You sound young, but wouldn't it be so cool if you got a jump start on a career like being a doctor, vet, fashion designer, business person, etc.?
My daughter is not the type of get out with friends. Instead, she loves to read, write and learn on the Internet. She's learning how to work with chocolate and now she wants to become a chocolatier!

maybe you can make some more friends or move somewhere where there are more places
you could sit outside and draw pictures, write poetry, write little stories, find a craft, something like that

i was in the same boat except not as bad...but you should go fishing, get a portable basketball hoop, find a baseball field and play catch....or do my favorite and play wiffle ball....everyone of all ages can play and it's SOOOO fun
