At first it feels like butterflies, so if it's your first pregnancy you wouldn't really know that was the baby moving. After a few months, you feel the real kicking and it was kinda weird the first time...but after that it was really cool.
It's funny how you say you would freak out like the movie alien....lol I thought that too. Sometimes the movements are so hard that you see a big bump on your belly moving... it's still cool!

It's not weird at all. It will start out as little flutters, then get bigger. The only time I didn't enjoy the kicking was when I was about to go to sleep, and the baby would kick as hard as he could.

Yes it did feel weird when the baby kick's the frist time but it is wounderful to feel your baby move around and it let/s you know your baby is ok

Very weird! You have to remember to your body it IS an "alien life form" so to speak. Even though I love my child very much, it was one of the grossest feelings I've ever had.

No, it's not weird...it's very exciting and really pretty cool. :) What's WEIRD is when they get big enough that you can see (and feel) them moving from the outside. Your whole abdomen looks like it ought to be on Alien. :D

No, it feels wonderful. At first it is like little gas bubbles, then as it gets bigger you get little flips and twists, then kicks and rolls, towards the end you get feet and knees and elbows that you can see poking out. There is nothing like it, it is truly amazing.

no i dont think so I was weird at first but then I got used to it and now I miss it that is the only thing I miss about being pregnant

thats what i felt like when i first felt the baby squirm and kick. i felt like the girl from alien, its not to wierd after awhile, now i love it...unless it hurts

No,it is not weired you would love it.To be able to feel your baby move is like the greatest thing ever.But when you get really big it starts to hurt.But still great.
