The computer is a Swiss Army knife on steroids.
In other words a super duper adaptable tool with untold possible uses.

A computer cannot think of its own, it is just a device that follows whatever instructions and ideas the the programmer/user installs/tells it to do. Computers follow only logic that was given to it.

Personally I would consider a computer, a better human, because of the lack of ignorance and stupidity, but alas, computers do not have software intelligent enough to learn, just as humans do, not yet. One day hopefully the machines will wipe out the human race, and destroy the horrible race we are.

The pen represents ideas, the sword represents might. The computer, for that quote, is obviously an advanced pen.
