There's always a reason for everything we do. S/he may not want to share that at this point. My ex-fiance left me in 1998 for reasons that were unapparent to me at the time. He later came back into my life as a friend and stood up for my wedding in 2003. His reasoning for leaving me when he did was because he needed to "sow some wild oats."

I had asked for some space shortly after we met in '95. He had told me at that time that if I wanted space, I'd need to find my own planet. That should've been a red flag right there. First of all, I was here first. This planet is mine. Second of all, that was the beginning of a controlling attitute that would continue until this day if we would've remained friends.

Find someone else. I did. I'm much happier. You can be too!

You don't actually have to have a reason any better than 'i felt like it' to leave someone. And in the end you find out that the why doesn't really matter very often, all that matters is what is, knowing the why doesn't change the reality of the situation at all. File it under stuff happens and move on.

Ask them. If there was indeed a friendship established there, they would state the reason. You'll never know unless you ask them. AND....since they just left without talking to you about it, you might ask yourself, "Is this a friendship I want to keep investing in anyway?" Either way, you will only speculate and come up with many thoughts that may or may not be factual. Simply ask them.

There doesn't have to be a reason....sometimes people just don't click. Still hurts for awhile though. Just try not to dwell on it and carry on your life without them. You may find a wonderful door opening for you.....

There is always a reason. Maybe your "Friend" just didn't have the heart to tell you why.

I've had that happen to me before.I was dating this guy.and he went back home to see his mom.and told me that he was coming back in a week.little did I know that he and i were over.He didn't give a reason why.He just told me one day when i called that.I told you when I left it was over.when he never told me that in the first place.so i hope this helps you out.good luck and i hope you find someone who will love you for how you are.

There's always a reason. Where did he/she leave you?

No one here knows why. But I doubt very seriously if there was "no reason". Only your friend knows that.
