I have no idea about "Nessie" and Bigfoot, but as to why many UFO photos are blurred or just not a good shot is....If you have ever seen a UFO or many as in my case. You will be quick to realize that these crafts have instant speed..faster then you can imagine. they could pass our fastest aircraft like they are standing still, yet still turn or stop on a dime. UFO do not give warning before they show up. In most cases (from experience) people just "happen" to look up at the right time. As I stated they are quick and usually most sightings conclude rather abruptly with the object shooting up into the sky or off into the horizon. Another reason is it is very difficult to try to capture an object in the sky on camera..even more so when you have adrenaline going through your body, because of what you are witnessing. When you witness an object in the sky that does not fit there..and is so odd and out of place, truly for most, a camera is the last thought unless it is already in hand and ready to go.

Back in the day it made some sense, you were rushing to get a shot, no time to focus etc. etc.
I am surprised that more people are not asking... Why in the current day when everyone seems to have a camera on a cell phone that we don't have all sorts of photos of all these types of things.

Because they have alien technology, like a stealth mode. It is a little pocket sized device called a vector imobilizer. When the Aliens left Bigfoot and Lochness, they implanted an imobilizer into their neck to keep them hidden from our detection.

I definitely think that these are due to the "unexpected moments"- and often captured by amateur photographers with "not so good" camera. For example when you see a not so common sight (a shooting star for instance) by the time you take a snapshot of it it'll be gone. So the pics developed will be either be gone or distorted.

The pictures are out of focus because they are fake and possibly they don't want to get caught in the act.
