Liquid Eyeliner is probably best.
Try Lancomes Artliner. I tend to rub my eyes a lot and it never comes off. Good Luck!

Try any waterproof eyeliner. MAC makes a good one in a ton of colors powerpoint. Or try their shadesticks

Celina, I have extremely oily skin, and I have tried them all, and only one really works: Lancome Waterproof Eyeliner.
If they ever discontinue it, life would not be worth living anymore. Okay, I'm exaggerating, but you get my point.

Have you tried using a shadow control creme? BeautiControl makes one that will keep your eyeliner and eyeshadow from smearing or creasing. Also if you get on a good skin care regiment your makeup will last longer--it won't "melt" down.

Loreal black liquid eyliner pen on top.
Revlon black colorstay pencil on the lower lid.

liquid because thepencil will smear just make sure u put the liqid on right above your eyelashes!!!!
