It's not our fault really. When we were kids we are forever being told not to "tell tales" on each other and to "keep" it to yourself. So what hope for us when we are older, we either keep things to ouselves for fear of being a tell-tale or become a news reporter lol.

Because some of us feel that the "whole" world doesn't need to know what feels embarrassing or private.

Because we do not want certain people to know facts which would prove embarrassing to us or upsetting to others.
