i want to know which one is better for an eye liner
i use pencil now
but i want to try the liquid one
so which one???

Pencil is good, but if you're looking for more precise application, I would suggest the liquid. Why not try it out and see how you like it? Visit any makeup sales outlet and have an assistant provide you with a sample. If you find it does it better than your previous eyeliner then give it a go! :D

Liquid pros: Neat, clean line
Intense color
Stays on long
Liquid cons: can be difficult to apply at first
not very versitile
Pencil pros: you can easily smudge it for a different look
Easy to apply; you can do it one handed
Pencil cons: difficult to make a precise line
can rub off easily
can look messy sometimes
I like liquid when going out and want something striking but pencil during the day for a more subtle look.

Pencil is so much better liquid goes down your face gets in your eyes it sucks and you cant control where it goes stick with pencil

depends on the look you are trying to achieve. To me with liquid it a little harder to apply but its great to achieve dramatic eyes with it. Pencil is very easy to use and is great for everyday use. I use both. But if you are just starting out with a liquid try Avon's Perfect wear Eyeliner pen. Its really easy to use and it's about the size of a pen so it will fit easily into your pocket. I think pencil is easier to use, but if you get really good at using liquid it looks way better.

Liquid for the top for pricison and an easier applicatoin and pencil for bottom, if you go bottom

If you are using eyeliner on your bottom lashes then pencil is much easier, and can give a better blended/smokey look. However, if you want to put liner across your lid/near your top lashes liquid is much better looking, clearer and more defined- and not much more difficult, at that.

liquid is better for the top of the eyes and pencil is better for the bottom

I think pencil is better because you have more control and it's easier to correct mistakes. Liquid is too dark and makes you look unnatural.
