Yes it's possible. The guy needs to be at least average length, and not have much of a stomach on him. All it takes if you fit those requirements is a little practice at stretching your back that far.

used to be able to, but do to a wreck and neck injury, no more. it is just something else to do. most guys will at least try it......(it would better if you could get the whole penis in your mouth. and no i don't give bj's)
