Scuba divers yes, their self contained underwater breathing aparatus, enables them to breathe while decending. However, submarines can actually go deeper and longer.
Woodsmen, yes except for lost hikers as well, and natures own animals.
Skydiver...no. It doesn't matter who you are, or what, or even how much you weigh. all things fall at the same rate. test this with a book and a penny, they will both go down at the same speed. Sky divers may go down more often, but not quicker.
Arc welders...no, you must consider all other welders as well. not to mention proctologists!
Organists...no again. Plumbers take it here.

Skydivers go down quicker apparently acording to my husband who used to be one and most certainly does GO DOWN often. I dont know about woodsmen or organists though?
