You can try Ai Mui Spectacle Hut or Shop in Toa Payoh Central near to Hang Ten or opposite Bengawan Solo. They charge very reasonable price for Contact Lenses, Solution and even Spectacle Frames. Ask for Alvin as he is the most professional person in the shop. He can even tell you which frame is more suitable for you.

I actually find that making prescription glasses in Malaysia cheaper than in Singapore. Almost half price! But for fashion glasses, best to get in Singapore.

Costco for good cheap ones....and a place called Ultravioleteyewear for nice funky ones.
