yes. I haven't seen the movie but I was told that if I could get to an IMAX theater it would be way worth it. Not really a superman fan but any movie in IMAX is awesome.

Hi,
Yes it is out on IMAX - I saw it in London at the weekend.
It definitely adds to the whole experience!
There are 4 scenes that are in 3d - audience members were given 3d glasses and a small image on screen instructed us when to put on the glasses.

The 4 scenes in 3d are
1/ Clark Kent as a boy jumping through the corn fields
2/ The plane crash scenes
3/ Lex building the crystals out of the sea
4/ Superman flying at the end over rooftops and up in space

Yes it is, at least Here in Tulsa Oklahoma it is. But There is so much back ground movement when he's flying I wouldn't want to go see it on Imax cause i would get sick

Yes, but only about 20 seconds of it. I heard a review from Rodger Ebert who said that it made him dizzy and wasn't worth the extra cost. Other than that it is a normal film so save your dough and go to a normal theater.

It's in IMAX - but I think only like 20 minutes of it (it's also in regular theatres).
