im in vacation here in the philippines and im starting to have allergies as i mentioned. i take claretin, are there any other alternatives. i guess im not used to the weather and the place.

Ask the people you are with to make you some hot kalamansi juice. If you are in Manila, the air pollution there can easily make anyone have those symptoms. Try to keep out of the polluted air outdoors.
