If "... a girl have sex with a boy ..." -
n his semen, carrying his sperm (fluid from his penis known as ejaculate)
does not enter her birth canal (place between her legs known as vagina)
"they" (he n she)
CANNOT have a baby . . . (also known as pregnancy/childbirth).

If you have unprotected intercourse then you can become pregnant no matter how many items of clothing you were wearing at the time. I can't figure out if you really know what sex is or not, so I'm not sure if you are at risk of being pregnant but I do know that you need to go and have a talk with your parents.

Clothes don't have anything to do with having babies. To have babies you need to have sex, that is the risky part! So, depending on your age, please seek the help of your Mom, or parent, or a counselor to have a good talk about sex and its consequences in teenagers. Be very careful, do not have sex if you are so unaware of things and life. Is better to wait!

No but i'm surprised that if you were both dressed while having "sex" the friction coming off your clothes didn't cause you two to combust into flames..
So the question is, is will the fire make babies?

It does not matter if you have clothes on or not. If a male's semen gets near or in a female's private area, she can become pregnant. Please go to the library and pick up a book or visit the Planned Parenthood site to learn more about basic anatomy.

There is no way you can have sex unless you remove your undergarments, and then you can have sex with the rest of your clothes on if that is what you mean

It doesn't matter if you have clothes on or not. If any semen gets inside a woman's vagina, then there is a possibility that she will become pregnant.
Dry humping doesn't count, dearie.
